Envíos a Lima y Callao
Shipping rates vary from S/ 12.0 to S/ 25.00, according to the following detail:
S/ 12.00 for the districts included in Zone 1: Santiago de Surco, Barranco, Jesús María, La Victoria, Lince, Magdalena del Mar, Miraflores, San Borja, San Isidro, San Luis, Surquillo, San Miguel, Pueblo Libre, Breña .
S/ 15.00 for the districts included in Zone 2: Ate - Salamanca, El Agustino, Rímac, Santa Anita, Bellavista Callao, Carmen de la Legua, La Perla, Cercado de Lima
S/ 18.00 for the districts included in Zone 3: Chorrillos, La Molina, Ate - Vitarte, Comas, Independencia, Los Olivos, San Juan de Lurigancho, San Juan de Miraflores, San Martín de Porres, Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triumph, Callao, La Punta.
Any other district outside the areas presented requires prior coordination through the official channels of Polen Ceramic Studio.
In the event that for reasons not attributable to Polen Ceramic Studio an order is rejected, not received or the addressee cannot be found and a second delivery attempt is required, the rate will be applied according to coverage and a delivery will be made prior coordination with the client. .
In the event that the order has not been delivered on time due to our responsibility or the courier's responsibility, Polen Ceramic Studio will make the delivery again at no cost after prior coordination with the client.
Envío Express
At the moment we do not ship the same day, but you can come to our store from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm to make the purchase directly and take it away immediately, as long as we have it in stock at that time.
Envío a Provincias
Realizamos envíos y entregas a los veinticuatro (24) departamentos del Perú a través de Olva Courier. La tarifa es de S/ 50 hasta 1 kg, con un costo adicional de S/ 4 por cada kg extra. El tiempo de entrega es de 4 a 5 días hábiles, contados a partir del recojo del courier en nuestro estudio. Además, cabe resaltar que no se efectúan entregas los días sábados, domingos ni feriados.
Es relevante destacar que el costo de envío incluye los cuidados necesarios para garantizar la integridad de la pieza de cerámica durante el transporte.

Ofrecemos servicios de envío internacional a través de DHL desde nuestro país de origen, Lima, Perú, a destinos en todo el mundo. Los precios se cotizan según el destino y otros factores. Recojo en Tienda
We offer the mode of pick up in store at no cost to the customer. Once the order is ready to pick up, the customer will receive a message via WhatsApp or a confirmation email so that they can go to the store to pick up their products at the time to be indicated. Our physical store is located at Calle Delucci 205, Barranco, Lima, Peru.
For the withdrawal of the product, the customer must present their original ID. In the event that the client designates a third party for the collection, they must inform Polen Ceramic Studio the name of the designated person and their ID number, who must present it for the delivery of the product.
Horarios y Tiempos de Entrega
The shipping time in Metropolitan Lima will be between 5 and 9 business days; and in Lima provinces and provinces it will be between 10 and 15 business days of shipping after processing the order.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. The products will be delivered from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 08:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m., no deliveries will be made on Sundays or holidays.
The delivery time may be longer than usual, if the purchase was made during cyber days or sales. Deliveries to destinations with limited accessibility may take longer than specified.
Users will not be able to choose either the time or the day on which the purchased product(s) will be delivered. The delivery of the order will be made after coordination via telephone or WhatsApp with the client.
Dirección de Entrega
The address where the product will be delivered will be the one indicated by the user. It may not coincide with your address. It is the responsibility of the user to complete and carefully review the information related to the delivery, so that the shipment of the purchase is made in an effective and timely manner.

Protección y Traslado de Envíos
The shipping cost for the districts of Lima and province will vary depending on the location. For this reason, review the attached tariff. This service includes the transfer of the merchandise purchased by the User from our warehouse to the address specified in the order. All deliveries will be accompanied by a charge that has to be signed by the recipient along with the ID number.

Gastos de Envíos y Administrativos
En caso de devoluciones, los gastos de envío y administrativos de la devolución serán responsabilidad del cliente, a menos que el producto sea defectuoso o haya sido recibido incorrectamente debido a un error por nuestra parte. Los cambios están sujetos a la disponibilidad de stock. Si el producto deseado para el cambio no está disponible, se puede ofrecer un vale de consumo con el mismo valor del producto comprado o un producto alternativo de igual valor.
Inspección de Productos Devueltos
Todos los productos devueltos serán inspeccionados antes de procesar cualquier cambio o reembolso. Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar cambios o reembolsos si el producto no cumple con nuestras condiciones de devolución.
Tiempo de Aceptación de la Solicitud.

Vale de Consumo

If you wish to exchange a product for another of equal or greater value, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Incidente o Negligencia
If at any time you have purchased a part at full price and it has been damaged as a result of an inadvertent incident or negligence, beyond repair, we cordially invite you to contact us via email.
