Are the products microwave- and dishwasher-safe?

Yes, you can use a microwave. Our pieces have been fired at high temperatures, so you won't have any problems using them in the microwave. You can also use a dishwasher; however, we always recommend washing by hand with the soft side of the sponge.

How do I care for my product?

Thermal shock causes many cracks, so we recommend that your piece not undergo a sudden change in temperature. This usually happens when it goes directly from the refrigerator to the microwave or conventional oven.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, you can find our store in the same studio. We have a store area and a POP-UP area featuring guest brands that change every month. Both are open during the same studio hours: L-V (10-19 hrs) S-D (11-19 hrs). You don't need to book in advance.

Do you ship to the provinces or abroad?

What should I do if I received a defective order or a product I didn’t request?

If an exchange is necessary because a product is defective or because you received a product you did not order, it can be made within the first 5 business days after receiving the order.

It is important that the product be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no signs of use or washing.

In that case, you must call or write to +51 926 743 450 and provide the order number, customer details, and details of the defect or complaint. If the product is not in this condition, it will be returned to the customer and the exchange cannot be made. We will cover the shipping costs.

No, the spots are non-transferable, non-cancellable, non-reschedulable, and non-refundable. We suggest booking up to two days in advance. You may be lucky enough to find available slots one day before or even on the same day, but that’s not usually the case. No, we only bake pieces made by our students in classes, custom orders, and our collections.

The workshop is a 3-hour session where you can create a piece from scratch and apply engobe (paint it). Bizcochito, on the other hand, is a 45-minute session where you paint a ceramic piece in its bisque state (the stage of the ceramic process when the piece has already been fired).
